The buyer’s plans currently remain "hush-hush" as the property undergoes an extensive renovation. San Diego Beerworks – Solana Beach
San Diego Beerworks – Solana Beach
San Diego Beerworks in Solana Beach will soon shut its doors to be replaced by another craft beer-centric brand, Bottlecraft. With three successful locations already in Little Italy, North Park and Liberty Station, Solana Beach will be the first in North County. The new bottle shop and tasting room, complete with food menu is expected to open in early March. Mike Spilky represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
