We have seen plenty of restaurateurs seize the A+ second generation spaces on the market, but we are sure even more will decide to grow with restrictions lifting. Pesto Italian Craft Kitchen is open and crushing it in Westfield’s Mission Valley Mall. Pesto joined operators, Cava and Mendocino Farms, in the redevelopment of the old Michael’s box. The group did an awesome build out in their approximately 3,000 square foot space with unique contemporary and woodwork design. After almost two years in the making, Tamarindo has officially opened in Del Mar Plaza. The restaurant founded by Moose Restaurant Group spans over 5,618 square feet including their large ocean view patio. The concept has already been a hit in the Del Mar community and with margaritas that good we aren't surprised! Mike Spilky represented the Landlord and the Tenant.

We are so proud of our client San Diego Gymnastics for their resilience over the past year. Not only did they recently open a new location in La Costa, but last month they moved from their first location in Liberty Station to a new home in Point Loma Plaza. Their new 7,347 square foot spot looks incredible and we are so happy we were able to locate them a new space where we know they will prosper.
