We are so stoked for the owners of Regal Bar and Curbside Eatery & Drinkery to open their new boba shop concept in the heart of La Mesa Village. The 1,000 square foot space next to Small Batch, a beloved boutique in the Village, will be the perfect location for a new dessert use in the neighborhood. We were excited to bring the owners of the property a local operator who will completely remodel the space into an elevated boba experience. Alexis Dachs represented the Landlord and the Tenant.

The long-awaited opening of Oceanside's newest restaurant, The Lab Collaborative has arrived. The full-service restaurant with a multi-concept chef-driven menu had its grand opening two weeks ago in its new 4,179 square foot space at Pierside North. Their showcase kitchen invites customers to view the process of cooking in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere that feels like home. We had the pleasure of helping GF Properties lease Pierside North and South to The Lab along with other dynamic tenants. Marc Karren represented the Landlord.

Angry Chickz — Glendale, Stockton, Corona, Fresno
|
|
Angry Chickz has been on a roll with the addition of four more locations! Glendale and Stockton are the hot chicken group's first drive-thru locations, at approximately 2,400 and 3,209 square feet respectively. In addition, the Fresno location opened just last week with lines wrapping around the block and Corona is prepping for a similar turnout for their opening in a few weeks. Alexis Dachs represented the Tenant.
