We are pleased to announce the sale of 206 S El Camino Real, an iconic downtown San Clemente tavern for $2,500,000. The 3,700 square foot property sits on a large 7,551 square foot parcel and has a rare Type 48 liquor license. The historic building houses Goody’s Tavern, which has been the local go-to for good drinks and community since 1929 and will remain Goody’s after the sale of the property. We are happy for the new owner, Eric Lietstein of OMG Hospitality Group, to capitalize on this investment opportunity in the heart of downtown San Clemente.
