From their 2016 food truck beginnings, they have grown to open brick-and-mortar restaurant locations in San Diego’s North Park neighborhood and The Sky Deck in Del Mar. Mixing New American and Mexican fusion cuisine, local all-natural fresh ingredients, anchored by their dedication to the culinary craft, their strong concept is ready to open its 3rd location. Craft House is gearing up to open its next eatery this summer at Fashion Valley Mall in a ground-level 1,907 SF restaurant space with 720 SF of patio. Alexis Couch represented the tenant. |

Petals by Jenc opened its first location in National City at the Southport Commercial Center in time for the biggest floral holiday of the year, Valentine’s Day. Rivaling 1-800-Flowers, they provide convenience with their online pick-and-pay process and timely local delivery service. With beautiful fresh flowers and top-notch service, they will surely become the South Bay’s go-to flower shop in no time. Alexis Couch represented the tenant.

Growing Ice Cream brand, Tocumbo, has signed a new lease in National City, making it their 5th location. Inspired by the small town of Tocumbo in the state of Michoacan, Mexico, they serve traditional “Michoacana ice cream” known for its thick buttery texture achieved by their old-fashioned method. Their natural ice cream is made in-house and dressed up with chunks of fresh fruit, nuts, or chocolate and ranges from standard ice cream flavors, fruit-forward, to exotic. Alexis Couch represented the tenant on their recent expansion.
