Mike Spilky and Jon Gordon of Location Matters facilitated the signing of a 10-year lease for Sublime Ale House at 3702 Via De La Valle, San Diego, CA 92014, formerly occupied by Tommy V's Restaurant. The lease, for the approximately 7,000 square foot restaurant & enclosed patio space, was valued at $1,857,930. Location Matters represented both Landlord, and Tenant in the transaction. |

The Location Matters team attended the annual ICSC Idea Exchange conference at the Long Beach Convention Center on January 23rd. The event had a great turnout and was a very productive day meeting with Landlords, discussing our Tenants in the market and current deals we are working on. |
