Location Matters is excited to announce a recently completed lease by McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon for the space located at 672 5th Ave. in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter. After 8 years in business at their original San Diego location they recently shuttered to make way for a new boutique hotel that is to be constructed – AC Hotels by Marriot. McFadden’s signed a new 10-year lease valued at $3,801,241 for this fully fixturized corner restaurant location in the heart of Downtown San Diego. The space was occupied by Jimmy Loves for over 20 years and subsequently Florent before leasing to McFadden’s. McFadden’s will occupy 7,932 square feet, of which about 4,500 square feet is basement space. Mike Spilky of Location Matters exclusively represented the tenant in this transaction.
