Location Matters is proud to announce a recently completed lease by Social Syndicate, a San Diego based mulit-concept restaurant group, for the space located at 1852 Bacon St. in Ocean Beach. The freestanding restaurant building was previously occupied by Nati’s Mexican Restaurant for nearly 60 years before leasing to Social Syndicate, who will pay homage to Nati’s by putting a brand new Mexican concept in the space. This property is owned by Nati’s Inc. and controlled by Foley Development, who plans to develop the land directly behind the restaurant into a large apartment development.
Mike Spilky of Location Matters exclusively represented the landlord and tenant in this transaction. A new 10-year lease valued at $2,407,415 was signed for this newly remodeled corner restaurant location in the center of Ocean Beach. Social Syndicate will occupy 2,660 square feet, with an additional 1,468 square feet of patio space.
