Location Matters Represents Pali Wine Co. in the Opening of their Second San Diego Location

Location Matters is proud to announce a recently completed lease by Pali Wine Co., a wine bar inspired by California’s Central Coast, for the space previously occupied by Oscar Wilde’s Irish Pub on University Ave in Hillcrest. Pali will be moving into the 2,000 square foot restaurant space with a 2,000 square foot patio located at 1440 University Avenue. Pali Wine Co. offers an elevated wine tasting experience, serving a variety of vino and charcuterie. We are excited for the restaurant’s new space to open in such a phenomenal location, complete with rare onsite parking, extremely large patio space, and impeccable visibility from University Ave. Mike Spilky of Location Matters represented the landlord and the tenant in their new lease.
