Location Matters Represents Walnut Creek’s Acclaimed Torsap Thai Kitchen to Replace Shuttered WR Kitchen in Carlsbad’s Bressi Village

Location Matters is proud to announce a recently completed 10 year lease by Torsap Thai Kitchen, a Thai food restaurant based in the Bay Area, for the space previously occupied by WR Kitchen & Bar in The Square at Bressi Ranch. Torsap will be moving into a 3,990 square foot restaurant space with an 830 square foot patio. This new lease is valued at $2,470,000. Torsap Thai offers an elevated version of traditional Thai cuisine in a full-service format. We are excited for the restaurant’s first San Diego location and to fulfill an unmet need for a differentiated Thai cuisine concept such as Torsap, which is the first of its kind San Diego.
