A prime piece of real estate has just become available for a restaurateur or restaurant group looking to drop a serious project in San Diego.
The San Diego International Airport’s $316 million Rental Car Center, currently in construction on the north side of Lindbergh Field at 3355 Admiral Boland Way, will be topped with a soaring new restaurant space that will have unobstructed views of the city skyline, the bay, and all the action on the runway.
The flexible layout of the 7,900-square-foot location, which will have a dedicated elevator to move patrons up to the restaurant, includes the potential for an outdoor patio and 180 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass-lined frontage.
