Ethan Steiner joined the Location Matters in 2022. Starting as an intern, he was quick to prove he has the enthusiasm, tenacity, and dependability to succeed and was welcomed as part of the team. Now he specializes in the leasing and sales of retail properties representing both Landlords and Tenants and continuously goes above and beyond to facilitate harmonious transactions for all parties involved.
Between Ethan’s college degree in Real Estate and previous experience in sales, brokerage was a natural transition for him. He attributes his hardwork and drive to the dedication he acquired as a Division 1 Cross Country Athlete at University of San Diego where he set school records in 5,000, 8,000 and 10,000 meter races. In approaching a career in Real Estate, retail specifically piqued his interest and his goal to bring tenants and landlords together and across the finish line.
As a Colorado native, Ethan thoroughly enjoys the great outdoors and is an avid skier in the winter. Off the slopes he can be found running, hiking, spending time with family and friends or at a local brewery and restaurant.
