In 2016, the coastal community of Oceanside was excited to learn that Ace Hardware would be joining the ranks of tenants along Coast Hwy by the end of the year. Located at 259-263 S. Coast Hwy, the building consists of 10,000 square feet, plus a 12,000 square foot parking lot. Considering its location and size, the need to find a high quality, long-term tenant was at the top of our priority list and Ace Hardware fit the bill perfectly, adding a tremendous amount of value to the property and the Oceanside community as a whole.
