In 2014, Location Matters sold The Green Flash Restaurant in Pacific Beach – located at 701 Thomas Avenue. After an amazing 25 year legacy of serving locals and tourists on the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, The Green Flash restaurant sold to The Sunset Restaurant Management Group, who reopened the renowned location as Baja Beach Café following a remodel. The new owners, who also operate 10+ other restaurants throughout Southern California, created the concept offering daily breakfast specials, Baja style menu favorites, specialty margaritas, unbeatable happy hours, and most importantly… the California sun with a breathtaking 180 degree ocean view!
