In late 2015, Location Matters leased two retail spaces at 215 S. Coast Hwy in Oceanside. Belle Avenue Salon and Beauty Lounge leased the ground floor space consisting of 3,500 square feet. The upscale full service salon offers an array of services from haircare to facial care.

Local San Diego botanical artist, Flowers by Azalea, relocated their floral showroom to a larger space on the second floor of the building. Specializing in weddings, they also create “Botanical Artistry for Any Occasion”, setting themselves apart from other floral companies, making them one of the most sought after floral designers in San Diego County.
