In 2014, Location Matters sold Farmhouse Café in University Heights, representing the buyer. The new owner, Mike Almos, utilized his extensive experience in the hospitality industry and local roots to open Circa, a retro-Americana farm-to-table eatery; offering up a quality menu selection focused heavily on comfort food selections.
