In June 2021, the beloved East Village Asian Diner in Encinitas has changed ownership but fear not, the tried-and-true menu the community has grown to love remains. Jamie Osuna, owner of several concepts in town including Swami’s and Honey’s Bistro and Bakery in the neighborhood, will now be taking the reins.
