Flying Pig Pub and Kitchen opened on Mission Avenue in 2021 in their new 1,870 square foot space located in downtown Oceanside. After ten years at their 626 S Tremont St. location, we sold them the restaurant property at 509 Mission Ave where they ultimately decided to move Flying Pig. The owners completely transformed their new space, stripping away the drop ceiling to showcase the original redwood ceiling and exposing some of the original 1940s brick and bringing in décor from their previous Oceanside and Vista locations.
