In 2021, Location Matters leased the final restaurant space in the Sky Deck to Glassbox. The owner and chef, Ethan Yang, created a one-of-a-kind dining experience where patrons dine inside a glass-enclosed sushi and raw bar. Yang wanted the glass box to literally and figuratively represent a transparent dining experience where diners can share in the art of the preparation as part of their meal. Location Matters represented the Tenant and the Landlord.
