In early 2018, Inchin’s Bamboo Garden officially opened its first San Diego location in the Mira Mesa Mall. Inchin’s is a national franchise with, at the time, five other locations in California and a number of others throughout the country. The restaurant’s name is derived from the blend of the words “Indian” and “Chinese” and Inchin’s large menu represents just that. Location Matters represented the tenant in this transaction.
