J at The Sky Deck made their debut in June 2021. J brings an elevated Mediterranean cuisine to the Del Mar restaurant collective. J is under the same ownership as Ziziki’s next door so the group is no stranger to the drill at The Sky Deck. We were ecstatic to secure two great locations for J and now J at The Sky Deck will follow the pattern of success Ziziki’s has already seen. Location Matters represented the Tenant and the Landlord.
