In 2021, Location Matters leased a 1,250 SF space in the Del Mar Highlands Town Center to Micheline’s Pita House. We were thrilled to help the group lock in a space in such a high-volume center. Micheline’s offers healthy Mediterranean dishes in a variety of ways whether it be a bowl, salad, or pita with some of the most flavorful sauces, hummuses, and chicken shawarma around. Location Matters represented the Tenant.
