In early 2020, Mostly E-Bikes moved around the corner from their previous Oceanside location to a bigger, newly renovated space just walking distance from the beach. Not only do they sell electric and traditional bicycles, but they also offer full mechanical service and bike fittings. Their new ocean view location could not have been a better upgrade for the Mostly E-Bikes team. Location Matters represented the Landlord and Tenant in this transaction.
