Parlor Doughnuts is open and making waves in Downtown Oceanside. In November 2020, they brought their flaky fried croissant-style doughnuts all the way from Indiana and boy are we glad they did! Location Matters was elated to work on the SALT project and bring them such a sweet tenant. Location Matters represented the Tenant and Landlord.
