On assignment for Shea Properties’ Mercado del Barrio, Location Matters welcomed Pho Bo to the project in 2017. Pho Bo dates back to 1965, when the family business began in Southern Vietnam. They pride themselves on serving delicious bowls of Pho in just five minutes. Location Matters represented the landlord in this transaction.
