Location Matters represented the landlord and tenant on a 10 year lease signed on the 5,921 square foot building, which housed the once popular China Inn restaurant at 867-877 Hornblend Street in Pacific Beach. Opened in 1988, China Inn was an important fixture in the Pacific Beach restaurant scene during its heyday. The building had not been on the market for 25 years and underwent a massive renovation by the new tenant. Pueblo offers traditional dishes, derived from the coastal communities of Baja, along with more contemporary chef-driven dishes made with local ingredients.
