In Spring 2019, Downtown Oceanside gained a new neighbor on their block. Location Matters completed both a business sale and new lease for what was Tremont Street Bar & Grill. The new tenants were the lively Señor Grubby’s from Carlsbad Village. They transformed the space into their beloved Mexican-fair restaurant. Location Matters represented the Seller, Buyer and Landlord.
