In 2014, Location Matters completed the sale of the former Sneak Join in Mission Beach to Single Fin Surf Grill. After taking over the premises which closed down in 2012, the new owners completely renovated the space into a surf-themed restaurant and bar, offering a modern redesigned look using re-purposed materials and other aspects of the local community. Locals enjoy an enchanting interior that is styled up with old surfboard fins, salvaged wood from an abandoned barge, and many other tantalizing elements which coincide well with this concept.
