In March 2020, Tabu Shabu officially opened their delicious, interactive Japanese hot pot concept in their landmark location in North Park. Tabu Shabu replaced Paesano’s, and thoroughly remodeled the 50-year-old space to now feature a horseshoe-shaped dining bar with individual cooktops at every seat, amongst other serious renovations. We are so excited for them to continue their booming success in their first San Diego location. Location Matters represented both the Tenant and the Landlord.
