In 2015, Celebrity chef and Top Chef contestant, Rich Sweeney, closed the final chapter on R Gang Eatery in Hillcrest to focus on other foodie projects. In its place, came a much needed fresh concept to the Hillcrest community, The Brew Project House, a craft beer-centric venture featuring San Diego style craft cocktails and local beer with a fast casual food component serving salads, sandwiches and shareable plates. Mike Spilky represented the seller in this transaction.
