In 2016, Location Matters brought Bankers Hill a new gastropub, The Corner Drafthouse, with The Bier Garden of Encinitas’ managing partner at its helm. The 2,700 square foot space, on the corner of Laurel and Fifth, used to occupy French eatery Hexagone, and now serves a West Coast-influenced menu of shareable plates, salads and entrees along with 70 different local beers, craft cocktails and wine. Location Matters represented the Seller and the Buyer in this sale.
