In late 2017, Location Matters leased a turnkey restaurant space at 3852 4^th Avenue to Simon Says Coffee, whose first location is in Downtown San Diego. Doing business as The Kouch by Simon Says Coffee, they serve acai bowls, loose leaf teas, paninis and of course their signature Stumptown coffee. Location Matters represented the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
