In 2016, Twisted Taps, a beer-centric eatery opened their doors in a 1,525 square foot space, located on El Cajon Boulevard in the ultra hip North Park. Their new location sits across from The Lafayette Hotel and right next door to longstanding Gilly’s, a favorite North Park cocktail lounge and hangout. Mike Spilky represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction.
