In 2014 Location Matters sold Gaijin Noodle & Sake House in the Gaslamp to San Diego natives Chad Cline and Jason Nichols, owners of Little Italy’s The Waterfront Bar & Grill and Point Loma’s Bonzai Bar. They renovated the 2,500 SF space by expanding the bar, adding booths, and re-opened as “Werewolf” – a San Diego version of a London Pub. Location Matters represented the Seller and Buyer in the transaction.
