In 2017, Location Matters sold the former Ritual Tavern restaurant, which operated in North Park for nearly a decade to the new owners, who transformed the space with an uber-cool build out, creating the hip and fun local bar and eatery that is now known as Working Class. Their goal is to create a laid-back atmosphere with excellent food at reasonable prices. Location Matters represented the buyer and seller in this transaction.
