Hannah Sierpina – Client Services Coordinator
Hannah joined Location Matters in 2019 as an intern and came on full-time in 2020 as our Client Services Coordinator. In her role, she manages client relations, company-wide and transaction level marketing, as well as operations. Hannah provides exceptional support to our clients and our team, ensuring win-win outcomes for everyone involved.
After pursuing a double major in Real Estate and Marketing and holding several sales heavy jobs in college, a real estate brokerage seemed like an obvious choice. Multiple family members in the real estate profession also exposed Hannah to the world of real estate early on. Location Matters’ specialty in restaurant leasing was especially enticing for her. She grew up in a household that revolved around the next new creation in the kitchen. From working in a restaurant, at farmers markets, as well as working for a local emerging sweetener brand, she has a diverse perspective on the food and beverage industry. Hannah brings her strong personability, market knowledge and persistence to her role and eagerly continues to learn.
Hannah graduated from the University of San Diego in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Marketing. She is always looking for an opportunity to explore new things, whether it be new music, new landscapes to photograph, or new restaurants in town.
