Local Cuban Restaurant Signs Lease for Last Space in the Westfield Mission Valley’s Michael’s Box Redevelopment

Location Matters is proud to announce a recently completed 10 year lease by Havana Grill, a San Diego based Cuban cuisine concept, for the last available restaurant space in the Michael’s box redevelopment at Westfield Mission Valley. This will be the brand’s second location and they will be joining CAVA, Pesto, and Mendocino Farms in a 3,443 square foot space. Havana Grill expects to be open and serving their classic Cuban dishes like arroz con pollo, cubano sandwiches, and sweet plantains by the start of 2022. Alexis Dachs of Location Matters represented the tenant in their new lease.
