San Diego, California – October 16, 2020

Location Matters is proud to announce a recently completed lease by Intazza, a café and coffee shop based out of Murrieta, for the signature restaurant space at the new Golden Hill mixed-use development, Buzz located at 1144 30th St. After their great success at their first location, Intazza is on the rise and growing quick. The café will offer their diverse and exotic coffee roasts, in addition to their extensive sandwich, salad, and flatbread menu to the Buzz residents as well as the Golden Hill and South Park communities. Developers Rammy Cortez of Rammy Urban Infill and Alexander Alemany of Hub & Spoke Communities have strategically planned the $9 million mixed-use apartment building with a stand-out design sitting on a high point in Golden Hill offering panoramic views.

Location Matters exclusively marketed the restaurant space on behalf of the developer to secure the perfect tenant to meet the project’s brand, adding an incredible amenity to the future residents and community. A new 10-year lease was signed for this brand-new contemporary restaurant location right on the high traffic corner of 30th St and B in Golden Hill. Intazza will occupy 1,958 square feet, with an additional 480 square feet of patio space.
