Location Matters Represents The Cottage La Jolla in Signing Lease for New Location in Encinitas

Location Matters is proud to announce a recently completed 10 year lease by The Cottage, a San Diego based breakfast and lunch concept, for a 3,500 square foot restaurant space in Encinitas Village located at 127 N El Camino Real. This new lease is valued at $1,656,000. After almost 30 years of serving patrons out of their Victorian-style restaurant in La Jolla, The Cottage will be opening their second location in what was previously Native Foods Café, which will undergo a significant remodel. Encinitas Village has recently gone through a major revamp and a strong breakfast/lunch operator is just what the center needed.
