The 2,500 square foot building was built in 1947 and sits on a 3,500 square foot lot on 30th Street between University and Lincoln Avenues. The sellers, Chester L. Willis & Janice B. Willis originally purchased the building in 1993 for $130,000 and utilized the space for their business, Cabrillo Dental Lab. The building was delivered vacant at the time of sale. Limor Spilky, Senior Associate of Commercial Property Investment Sales, represented the sellers in this transaction.
