Northern California Based Sandwich Chain, Ike’s Place, Signs Its First Lease in San Diego County

Based in San Francisco, Ike’s Place has 13 locations in Northern California, 1 in Los Angeles, and 2 in Arizona. The new Hillcrest outpost will be the first of its locations to serve beer, with most of it sourced locally and from the Bay Area. Ike’s Place features an extensive menu of super stuffed cheeky named sandwiches, including several to be invented by local known athletes.

A new 10-year lease valued at $894,183 was signed by Ike’s Plaza #5, LLC as lessee and Uptown District Regency, LLC as landlord. The sandwich shop space is 1,100 square feet with an additional 840 square foot outdoor patio.
